Michigan Wolverines Football Tickets

Jim Harbaugh took over a beaten down Michigan Wolverines team, fresh off a 5-7 campaign, and turned them into winners. The firs season under the ex-49ers coach ended with a 10- mark, including a 41-7 win over Florida in the Citrus Bowl. That’s a good first year but the Michigan tradition of football demands more and the Wolverines won’t be happy until they rule the Big ten once more. Jim Harbough may have the tools to do it or it may take another season of great recruiting but there’s little doubt that Michigan is now a major hurdle in the conference, and Michigan Wolverines tickets are once again generating major interest across the world of college football.

Winning takes talent and the Woverines have it. Jabril Peppers is evolving into a do everything kind of player. The junior is now playing linebacker, a good move that gives Michigan some experience after losing three starters back there. He’s also played cornerback, safety, wide receiver, running back, and quarterback. Having Peppers around gives Harbaugh a top quality guy in any situation. With Jourdan Lewis at corner, a fairly deep defensive line, and some promising talent spread across the field, the Michigan defense should be fine.

There are some decisions to be made on offense. Harbaugh will have to pick a quarterback early and get him some game time. Junior Wilton Speight is the likely candidate, but lacks experience. His biggest asset is his familiarity with the system. We could also see Shane Morris under center, or John O’Korn, both seniors. The plus side is that the Wolverines return three quality pass catchers in Tight End Jake Butt, Jehu Chesson, and Amara Darboh. With a veteran offensive line and De’Veon Smith at running back, Michigan has a balanced attack.

2016 Michigan Wolverines Schedule

It’s tough. If the Wolverines want to win the Big ten they have to do something about beating Michigan State and Ohio State and they’ll have to do it on the road. Other big games include UCF and Colorado, along with Penn State, Wisconsin, and Iowa. That’s a handful but there’s no way around it. Fans who had Wolverines tickets last season saw a huge leap in talent and performance from their team. The 2016 schedule could be even better if Jim Harbaugh gets his team playing to form.
